Dear friends,
I found an island of calm and quiet this morning and I've decided to share this feeling with you ๐
These days are really hard for me because I'm forced to spend most of my time and energy in a way that doesn't do well for me, and I think many of you might relate ๐ I've had a lovely conversation with a friend yesterday, where we agreed that the only thing we can do to feel better is to take control of the little things. Choosing carefully the pen you use to write, listening attentively to the birds chirping while you walk to a destination, stopping a little longer when you take a break. Anything can become a simple ritual to be more present with yourself and the beautiful world around you.
I hope you can rest today. I hope you can notice the little things. I hope you feel better soon ๐
